Chicken breast stuffed with ham, cheese, garlic butter and mushrooms for the man if the house. I stuffed mine with marinated fetta Mum made, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic. Both wrapped in bacon and tied with string. Ive made a simple sauce with some diced bacon, onion and mushrooms, cheese and cream. Looking forward to dinner tonight!
