Quick and easy Lamb shanks seasoned with Cracked sea salt and pepper with some paprika. Brown on medium to high heat to seal, put the lid on and turn down the heat until tender. I take out the veg when almost cooked through and put in a hot oven to crisp up. Remove the lamb when cooked and leave to rest while you make gravy from the pan juices ♥
♥ ♥ ♥ I love to cook things the old fashioned way! Simple, Hearty, and something the whole family will love ♥ ♥ ♥
